This is number four of a 25 edition but to our knowledge only four were ever printed before Leee's death in 2014. The photograph was exhibited in 2012 and comes from this collection.
Leee Black Childers was a photographer in the Factory and was creative director of the play Pork which he brought to the Roundhouse in Camden and where David Bowie had his inspiration for Ziggy Stardust. Leee was tour manager for Iggy Pop and David Bowie and then managed the Heartbreakers who he brought over on the Anarchy Tour in 1976.
Leee Black Childers signed prints are rare and very collectable.
The total print is 30 x 40 cms and the image 17 x 26 cms
