This lovely Heiress 1950s fine crepe occasion dress in dusky pink is pretty, gamine and features some gorgeous design details. The classic hourglass silhouette draws in neatly at the waist before flaring out over the hips into a playful knee length skirt. The dress is lined in taffeta with a lightweight silk chiffon overlay which is fashioned to create texture and dynamic in the piece. Soft ruched pleats adorn the bodice, which is trimmed at the waistband and sweetheart neckline with delicate silver rocaille beadwork. The ruched chiffon straps are wide set and mirror the soft pleats in the skirt and there is a central zip fastening at the reverse.
